The OCM-350 ice maker is a modular unit designed to be paired with an ice storage bin (not included). It produces 350 pounds of ice in a day using R290 refrigerant, an air-cooled condenser, and a self-contained refrigeration system. To simplify operation, it features a touch-control display that can be used to activate the 5-minute cleaning cycle, set a delay timer, or view the machine's status. For clean, fresh-tasting ice, the removable air filter should be cleaned with a vacuum and soft brush or water and a mild detergent twice per month; a water filter is recommended. This 22-inch-wide by 243/4-inch-deep by 223/10-inch-high ice machine is constructed of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel to match other back-of-house equipment and compatible storage bins.

The Osion OB-350 ice bin measures 22 inches wide by 33 inches deep, by 47 inches high to pair with standard-sized ice makers. Made of heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel, this ice bin presents a pristine appearance while reducing wear over time. It can hold 265 pounds of ice and features an interior ice scoop holder. Employees or hotel guests can access ice quickly with its stay-open door, meaning one hand can scoop ice while the other holds a drinking glass or bucket. To preserve ice and prevent premature melting, it's thermo insulated.
