For cleaning pots, pans, and utensils, the Hobart PW10ER-1 Advansys dishwasher uses high-temperature sanitization; its integrated Sense-A-Temp booster heater raises incoming water temperatures by 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Along with the built-in booster, this unit utilizes ventless energy recovery, which captures heat from generated steam to preheat cold inlet water for the booster heater. This system minimizes energy usage, eliminates the need for a ventilation hood, and maintains a comfortable working environment. Its microcomputer controls provide advanced digital cycles and temperature displays and allows operators to set a wash cycle at 2, 4, or 6 minutes. A 2-minute wash can clean 13 racks per hour, while a 4-minute was can clean nine racks per hour; the 6-minute wash can sanitize seven racks per hour. With the unit controls, staff can access service diagnostics and initiate a delime cycle for the unit and booster.
