Since this cabinet is designed to be warmed by (3) 7 oz. standard size cans of chafing fuel, it doesn't require an electrical connection and can be used in nearly any location. This model is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum with corrugated sides that add greater structural strength. The corrugations also serve as pan slides that can accommodate up to 38 full size sheet pans on 1 1/2 inch centers. The cabinet has a full-length reinforced door that opens up to 270 degrees so you can easily load and unload the cabinet. The door also latches to the side of the cabinet to keep it open when needed, and it has a gravity type latch to ensure it stays securely closed during transport. On commercial castors.
