Frontline 2478SQ-NA-DP Waste Tank Oil Containment
Frontline International has redesigned its 2478SQ waste oil containment tank. This removes excess cooking oil from fryers and has now been remodelled in a smaller footprint to save space for operators. The tank can be positioned in an indoors storage area away from the fryer’s location and is completely sealed. A remote control panel can also be placed anywhere back of house. With the push of a button, oil flows to the tank, ensuring that kitchen staff do not have to touch the cooking oil. The waste oil is pumped directly from the fryer to a 2478SQ tank in one of the three ways: direct-plumbed system (automatic and hands free), remote-plumbed waste oil pump station system (semi automated, when a fryer does not have a built-in filtration pump), and caddy system (manual with automation, said to be safer than toting buckets).
