Mil-tek AP2205 Vertical Baler Compactor. Cardboard & Plastic Baler. The Mil-tek 2205 Baler combines a high-capacity vertical chamber with a compact 3.12-square-foot footprint. Its tall, deep chamber produces bales nearly twice the size of those made by the Mil-tek 2102 while fitting efficiently into tight spaces. The wide access door, comfortable loading height, quiet operation and clean design make it easy to use. Fully compliant with EN16500 safety standards, the 2205 includes reinforced fail-safes, secure locking systems, updated safety controls and a bale-ejection indicator. This pneumatic baler requires a compressed-air supply to operate and must be connected to a compatible air compressor or an existing facility air line capable of supplying approximately 116 PSI. It does not use a hydraulic system and uses patented ECO-Drive technology to deliver consistent compaction force with low energy consumption. It provides an 85–90% compaction rate and completes each pressing cycle in approximately 7–15 seconds. Maximum bale weight is 132 lb. for cardboard and 264 lb. for plastic.
