The rear end has the capacity to withhold a stock pot which has a diameter of 14 inches. This oven burner comes in a U-shape which allows heat to get distributed evenly through the entire cavity. Under these burners, there is a detachable crumb drawer. 4 metal knobs with red stripe are present under the burner to regulate heating temperature of the individual burner. There are a lower, hinged valve panel and pressure regulator that is factory installed. The quadrant spring doors are heat resistant, easily operated by the ergonomic, chrome handle. Oven temperature ranging between 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior part of this oven features a porcelain enamel. There are two rack guides that are permanently fixed.
