Solid, double-panel, fully insulated Dutch doors are built into the front of this reach-in, full-height unit so operators can access the top and bottom sections separately, minimizing temperature fluctuations. The cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel that resists corrosion and ensures durability. For maneuverability, its 291/8-inch-wide by 325/8-inch-deep by 743/4-inch-high structure is furnished with 5-inch neoprene casters. The Metro C569-SDS-U holding cabinet's thermostatically controlled, ducted heating system heats the cabinet's interior and recovers lost temperatures quickly. This system produces and maintains temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the interior is lined with 21/2-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass that preserves temperatures.
