Its doors can be left open to facilitate access, and they self-close when left open accidentally, reducing how much warm air enters the cabinet. If the doors are left open longer than 3 minutes, an alarm alerts employees. The Kool-It KBSR-2G reach-in refrigerator contains 44 cubic feet of interior space. It's built with six shelves to accommodate different kinds of products. Its self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system operates using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—a natural option that has minimal environmental impact.
