Since it is made for smaller batch brewing, it is the perfect solution for low to medium volume venues like convenience stores, cafeterias, specialty coffee shops, or office coffee stations. It includes many of the essential features that you need in a coffee maker along with the performance you want. A simple, easy-to-use touchpad operates the flexible controls of the brewing system. The touchpad features an active information screen displaying the phases of the brew cycle to keep your coffee service operating efficiently. Each full, half, and small batch button has a bright LED light to visually communicate which batch is brewing during the brew cycle. For convenient use in a system of coffee brewers, this unit comes equipped with functions that make operating multiple units easy. It has button-to-button and brewer-to-brewer batch copying functionality to reduce the amount of time it takes to set up brewers. Also, programmed batch parameters can be saved onto a USB drive (sold separately) for quick transfer to multiple machines. This brewer features a patented cascading spray dome. With this feature, water flows over the outside of the dome to distribute it over the grounds. Since there are no little drain holes for water to flow through, the dome can't become clogged due to hard water or scale buildup. This helps to reduce maintenance needs and service calls to save you time and money. The brew basket is made of durable plastic with a removable color ID insert to keep track of which coffee is brewing. It also has a built-in counter stand so staff can easily prep a batch for brewing. This unit is designed to brew up to 3.9 gallons per hour.
