This Alto-Shaam 1200-S food warming cabinet uses a special Halo Heat system to warm food gently without fans. Its temperature level is adjustable from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the display and arrow keys on the front. To keep crispy food from turning soggy, the vented door stays closed with a magnetic latch.
