For corrosion and rust resistance, the cabinet is constructed mainly of stainless steel, so it will avoid the scratches and dents that come with frequent use. For optimum cold retention, it is foamed with two inches of CFC-free polyurethane insulation. The Hoshizaki F1A-FS commercial one-section freezer uses a ducted air distribution system to circulate cabinet air and decrease the number of potential hot spots.
