It's perfect for washing both glassware and dishware, up to 17" high. With a 90-second wash cycle, the CMA B-2 straight dishwasher can clean up to 80 standard dish racks per hour. The CMA B-2 double rack dishwasher only uses 1.92 gallons of water per cycle. Its pump purging system eliminates soil and chemical carryover during the rinse cycle, trapping plate debris in a built-in Poly Pro scrap accumulator, keeping the wash water clean.
